By creating an account, entering a room, or using matchmaking, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
Your PLAYER ID is your account name. You must provide a valid email address, protect your password and any temporary password, and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person, sell an account, share administrator credentials, or attempt to obtain another user's login information. Report unauthorized use through the HELP form.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not disrupt the server or other players, exploit bugs to cheat, manipulate rankings, automate brute-force login attempts, distribute malicious content, bypass rate limits or access controls, or use room names and other submitted content in an illegal, infringing, threatening, or harassing manner.
3. RANKINGS, SEASONS, AND MATCH RESULTS
Rankings are calculated from seasonal match results recorded by the Service. To maintain fairness, correct errors, address abuse, or begin a new season, the administrator may correct, remove, or clear ranking data. Connection loss, software errors, or maintenance may prevent a match from completing or being recorded.
4. MODERATION AND ACCOUNT ACTIONS
To protect security and fair play, the administrator may restrict, disable, or delete accounts and data that violate these Terms or threaten the Service or other users. An explanation or appeal route may be offered when circumstances allow. Immediate action may be taken when a serious security risk exists.
5. SERVICE CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
The Service may remain under active testing and development. The administrator may pause matchmaking, close rooms, restart the game service, change features, or discontinue part of the Service. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, game interface, software, artwork, names, and related content are owned by DUODUO88 or their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by applicable law or written permission, you may not copy, republish, commercially exploit, or present the content as your own service.

Changes to these Terms will update the effective date, and material changes may be announced in the Service when appropriate. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under the law of your location.

For account, appeal, or Terms questions, use the HELP / RECOVERY REQUEST form in the lobby and provide a reachable email address.
HELP is a private intake form for account recovery, moderation appeals, privacy requests and account termination. Explain your request, the action you are appealing or the outcome you seek, and keep the request ID. Do not submit passwords or unrelated sensitive information. The administrator reviews requests manually, checks identity or authority as appropriate, and replies through an appropriate verified email channel. A matching PLAYER ID or email alone does not prove ownership. Internal notes and case status do not send a reply or establish that a request has been fulfilled.
